You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your images for the purpose of providing the App's features.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
