By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
VOILE is an AI-powered wardrobe management application that helps users:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any photos and content you add to the App. Your original photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. By using features that process garment images (such as Magic Scan), you grant us a limited license to process the isolated garment images for the purpose of providing the App's features, including generating your wardrobe's studio images.

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
